Our Process

1. Getting In Contact - After contacting us, we will send an initial welcome email with a short questionnaire about your project. This helps us understand your brief prior to our first Consult which will be held in the comfort of your home.

2. Initial Consult - Here we come to your home and talk through your project. This can take anywhere up to 1-4 hrs, depending on the size of your project.

3. Design Proposal - After the Initial Consult, we go away and draw up a budget estimate and draft up the Design Proposal. This will outline the brief and scope of your project and will have the Design Fee breakdown attached as well as a project timeline.

4. Concept Phase - Once the Design Proposal has been accepted and the initial deposit paid we GET TO WORK. This is a very exciting stage where your design comes to life. We create a 3D model with some initial colour and fixtures finishes. Once complete, we will send this through and invite feedback. This a great time of collaboration between us the Designer and you the Client, where we work together to unlock something truly amazing.

5. Final Concept & Selections Phase - Once we have come to our final concept we will make all the project selections. This is where we have our concept development meeting. Here we walk through your design and all your selections. This is a great time for feedback regarding all selections.

6. Documentation Phase - Once you have approved all the selections and design concept for your project, we move into the documentation stage. Here we create all the working drawings and specifications schedule. When the first revision is complete, we come to home again and go through all the documentation. 

7. Pricing - Once all the documentation is approved, we send it off for pricing. This can take anywhere around 2 - 3 weeks. We always like to go through the pricing with you, so we can answer any questions or queries you may have. 

8. Construction Phase - Once the pricing has been approved then your project can move into the most exciting phase, where you see your amazing renovation come to life. The duration of the construction phase can vary from 6 - 12 weeks depending on the size of the project and the availability of trades.

9. Handover - Handover is the final phase where we and or the builder will take you through the finished product.

Throughout the process it is our job to be with you through the entirety of the your project. To answer any questions, be your voice with the specific trades, initiate any design changes, and most of all to oversee the project to make sure everything goes perfectly.
